I am a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society, a registered member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists and the National Council for Hypnotherapy, and I am also registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council for hypnotherapy. I am passionate about understanding the mind, body, and human behaviour, and my own experiences of overcoming anxiety, panic attacks, and stress have deepened my commitment to helping others navigate their challenges with empathy and insight.
My approach to therapy is holistic and client-centred. I tailor integrative techniques to meet your unique needs, providing tools and strategies to build confidence, self-awareness, self-compassion, and inner calm. I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can openly explore your personal challenges, and support you throughout your healing journey. If you’ve changed your mind about an item(s) you have purchased with us, you have 14 days to notify us of your intention to return any item. You then have a further 14 days to physically return the item(s) to us. Please note that we do not accept returns made outside of the 28 day returns period. A refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. In the event any item(s) has been personalised by Waterlily Therapy Ltd at your request, exclusions will apply and the right for a refund does not apply. Please ensure that all items are in their original condition, unopened, unused and seals and cellophane are intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected for health and safety purposes, or you may be contacted for further information.
The cost of return postage is not covered by Waterlily Therapy Ltd unless the item is faulty
In the event of a faulty item, you have 30 days to reject the item for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If the item you have received is incorrect, missing, faulty or damaged please contact our Customer Services at info@waterlilytherapy.co.uk. Please make sure that you have photographic or video evidence and information about the issue, to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.
Unless faulty, returns that we do not accept include (product seals and cellophane broken on these products can only be returned in accordance with your statutory rights).
