I'm a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, licensed Integrative Psychotherapist, and trained HypnoMenopause® Practitioner. I am a proud member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS) and hold registered memberships with the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists MNCIP(Reg.), the National Council for Hypnotherapy MNCH(Reg.), and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council CNHC(Reg.) for hypnotherapy.
With a deep passion for understanding the mind, body, and behaviour, my work is driven by both professional training and personal experience. Overcoming my own struggles with anxiety, panic attacks, and stress has strengthened my commitment to helping others navigate and overcome life's challenges.
