Understanding the mind

My passion lies in understanding the psychology of the human mind, body and its behaviours. Having overcome my own personal issues and experiences with anxiety, panic attacks and stress, I have deepened my passion for helping others to also overcome these life challenges.

My approach to therapy is holistic, meaning that I provide support and therapeutic plans that look at you as a whole person and not just from one aspect. I implement integrative therapeutic techniques by tailoring them to suit your unique and personal needs. Therapy sessions are designed to equip you with tools to strengthen your confidence, awareness, self-love and inner calm and peace whilst assisting you in the healing process. This is provided through confidential, non-judgemental and unbiased therapeutic sessions so you can talk through your personal challenges.

As a psychotherapist in Wiltshire, I offer sessions online or in person in the beautiful historic Market Town of Devizes, Wiltshire.

Waterlilies

Waterlilies are beautiful water plants, their roots grow beneath the murky waters within the soil below, yet they rise to the surface from the darkness and bloom into beautiful radiant flowers. It is this, which in many cultures represents an individual's own rebirth, and progression from a position of negativity to one of flourishing.

The waterlily flower when in bloom rests on top of the water's surface and purifies the water as they grow, again a representation of spreading wider positivity.

The waterlily grows in many different colours which have various symbolic meanings that differ amongst numerous cultures around the world. All beautiful in their own right, the white waterlily is considered to symbolise peace, mental purity, hope, wellness and spiritual enlightenment, something we all strive for in life. It is this plant that my work as a psychotherapist in Wiltshire hopes to embody.
